The Private Sector Foundation Uganda hosted an International Business Webinar bringing together 200 in-person delegates and 1,800 virtual attendees from across Africa, Europe and North America.
Ageless Events managed the full technical production — four-camera live streaming, simultaneous recording of all sessions, breakout room virtual facilitation support, and event photography for the Foundation’s press and communications team.
The hybrid format was a first for PSFU and required detailed pre-event technical planning to ensure seamless integration between the physical and virtual experiences.
